March 6, 2017

Happy Monday!  Our extra warm day turned into an evening of stormy weather. It has been interesting.

My pattern today is a very old one. It's dated 1998. I think I got it as soon as it came out. I don't remember if it was a Black Sheep project or not. It's one I've always liked but just have never pulled to work on. It's even kitted up and ready to go. I do still like it enough to keep it in my stash. Maybe I'll even start and work on it this year!

In addition to bunnies, I also enjoy stitching hearts and stars. I need to find some great buttons from my stash to add to the bottom of the piece. Lots of cool design elements here!

  1. With a few changes this would be a lovely birth announcement!

    1. I can see that! I thought about stitching it in patriotic colors. Brendan's room was patriotic themed when he was little. Now if I did, it would be a nice addition to my holiday collection.

  2. Very neat project. Glow-in-the-dark thread for the stars might be fun as well.
